Honestly pretty disappointed with this place. We have been visiting Bab Tooma for a couple of years and at first the food and service was really good, but on our last visit the food was average (lamb kofte kebabs didn’t taste fresh). When we tried to order some baklava at the end the manager ignored us and then called a waitress to communicate with us - rather than speak to us directly… we had to ask her questions about box size price etc, then she asked him and she would reply to us. Very bizarre because he was right in front of us and we could hear everything he was saying. The whole thing was super awkward. Overall, the interior design is nice and I’d only visit again for the mezze platter, but doubt I’d go back.

The food was wonderful and very tasty, and the staff of the workers were very kind and interested in the comfort of the customers, and the grills were very excellent and their taste was fabulous. I thank this team for the fun that we lived while we drank food from an Arab arak. I advise everyone who wants to enjoy a smart Malaz to visit Bab Touma
