Didn't answer enquiry calls, didn't bother to reply to text message over 2 weeks ago, went with a different firm. Update to owner response.......if you had answered my enquiry I would have been a full time permanent customer for you! The tone of your response says everything about how you run your business. Glad myself and my neighbors went with someone else. Oh and how do you know what was my area when you don't even respond to messages, the only way to get a response from you was to leave a negative review.....a year later and I still won't remove this post, I went with splash and can't recommend him enough, paid up front and never missed a clean, communicates with me if payment is due etc easily done and great service by splash

Would love to give more stars, as he is a pleasant chap, but the actual reliability of the service is dire. Paid for bin cleaning in advance (September 2020) for a monthly service to span 1year. At the time of writing this review (28 Feb '21) we have only received 2 cleans. Have contacted him briefly in previous months, hoping that the reduced service was due to life moments, but I have now succumbed to writing my money off and not expecting him to show when due.
