I was really hesitant to buy a car from a dealer again as i'd previously had a bad experience. I enquired about a car and explained to Darren what had happened. He was open, honest and answered every question I had with as much detail as possible. He told me about the negative reviews on here and explained what really happened - which to be fair, he didn't have to do. We spoke for quite some time before i purchased the car, gave me plenty of time to think things through and answered another millions questions every time i spoke to him. When an issue arised with the car after I bought it, he got it fixed and sorted for me. Nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend.

Such a shameful people. Working illegal and stealing money from people. Do not deal with these people. They are such a theft in the market. They charged £200 from our card without informing us that this amount is non refundable. They are not receiving our call and not responding to our messages. We did not get any service from them. We want our money back. We are reaching out to best lawyer to get our harden money back because it is not a joke that £200 they are going to keep without no service or no product. They are keep on saying they have invested time on our case but they never told us that time they are investing, we have to pay. We have dealt with other car dealers no body has ever done that. What kind of company is it? I am going to take legal action against this harassment. This is not the way you run a business and mentally it is disturbing.

I bought a BMW from Adam @ BVS who was great throughout the whole process. Quick replies with information prior to my visit. Gave me a quote for part-ex for my car (subject to an inspection). The car was exactly as described and they gave my car a once over while taking the BMW for a test drive. They honoured the part-ex price and we made the deal there and then. Very happy and would definitely recommend.
