Poor service. I called in weeks in advance to exchange a watch and asked to visit on Saturday. The lady who answered the call said no problem and sent me an email with a confirmation. Upon arriving, I was told their watch expert does not work on saturdays. I travelled from Maidstone, Kent to Watford, only to be told to come on Monday. I would advise people to stick to the London resellers, rather than this branch. I even went to the bank to get my watch out of the safety deposit box.

Excellent customer service which is sadly so rare these days! I was thinking about selling my Rolex watch and contacted BQ Watches for a purchase estimate. I was given a verbal price over the phone, subject to inspection and received a pre-paid watch pack next day. Upon reflection, I decided not to sell my watch but instead, sent it to BQ for a cosmetic overhaul. I was kept fully updated, including a call to confirm my watch had safely arrived. I was called again once my watch was appraised. I was given a completion time scale which was achieved. And having received my watch back, beautifully and safely packed, it is absolutely as new and I’m extremely pleased with the work undertaken. I heard BQ are a highly regarded and trusted independent watch dealer and from experience, I can confirm they are!

If you have an luxury watches you need to sell, there are many options available to you. It is nice to have a person to deal with rather than online and post. So I decided to contact BQ Watches in Watford. I sent across my photos and I was given a valuation on the same day. I visited their branch on the high street and presented my watches. A professional company, they explained the process and payment was done straight away. There is pay and display parking on the parade, other options on nearby streets too.
