I always use this as it's my local store, my last visit I under estimated the size of something I ordered via click n collect. I forgot to take the ladies name that helped me but she took it to my car for me and then assisted me in unpacking the items from the box and in to my car so it would fit, it was a warm and busy day but she took the time out to help me and I couldn't thank her enough. I wish I took her name, but look out for a tall lady with multicoloured hair (which looked cool, I might add) she was fantastic and a credit to b&q thank you
