Asked a member of staff if they had 50litre bags of compost he said if they are not out front we do not have any. So after carrying a 100 litre bag to the pay point I asked the cashier if she could check and was told they have them out the back. Thank you to the lady on the tills and the man who told me they didn't have any maybe you could have checked no wonder there were not many customers in the store.

B&Q is situated in a car park for 3 hours. Why do I mention this? Because is spoils my shopping experience in B&Q. I go to B&Q to fix my problems visually before buying stuff. The trees I need to mention the Christmas tree! Again lovely! So many different sizes. The customer service is on point.
