Excellent store, good parking and roads accessible. Staff helpful generally . Bring back the cafe, and b&q card discounts- everywhere has these why not B&Q i know i used the cafe a lot, good value and often picked up a bargain while just visiting the cafe. And discounts meant my projects were cheaper through B&Q than Wicks.

I would have preferred to give a 0 star review if this was an option. We spend several hundred pounds on furniture a few weeks ago. We’re given a delivery date.. emailed to confirm it would arrive the next day so I took the day off to take the delivery. With only 10 minutes of the delivery slot left I got an email to say it wasn’t coming and they would be in touch. Almost a week later and no communication. I’ve emailed customer service with no response. I’ve filled in the online form twice also with no response. The live chat does not work and I am hold again for over 40 mins.
