I cant fully say if I enjoyed my experience or not today. I came from Arnos Grove walking all the way to find some succulent soil that showed 14 in stock. Upon arriving, it was confusing to navigate the floor with the garden section being spread out in 3 different areas (entrance, garden center and seasonal). For the first 30 minutes I looked myself and could not find anything or anyone free to speak to. But here's where it turned around... I spoke to Louis (Luis? Apologies for the incorrect spelling) from Flooring and Steven (with a 'v' and not a 'ph') who took the time to help me try to find the item. Unfortunately, even though it said 14, there was none available which was quite a bummer but these 2 lovely gentlemen recommended an alternative soil and some growth food for my succulent ms to use until I'm able to find the right soil. Even though I didn't find what I came walking a long way from, I had a good customer experience at the end from these two along with some good laughs with Louis. I'm sad I couldn't find the soil but will order it online. Thank you to the 2 who helped me and the lovely lady who helped me find Louis and Steven. Cons: hard to navigate the floor and the stock numbers are clearly not correct also hard to find a free person to speak to. Pros: affordable pricing, good quality and when you do find someone, they will try their best to help you.

I went to B&Q to look at the garden pots but because I didn’t have a car I decided to place an order on line. I also added some Miracle grow peat free compost. The first available delivery date was ten days time. I was a bit upset about that having to wait so long. After five days I received a phone call they had no more soil and were not able to offer a substitute so I said I didn’t want to pay a delivery charge just for the pots. So she cancelled the delivery and gave m a refund. I hope you are still reading this I’m almost at the end. So I received a txt message telling me that my items were being delivered on the 14 June that was five days ago. And today I got a txt telling me that my driver will call 30 mins before and that I need to be in for my delivery. I’m very disappointed with B&Q.
