A long wait to pay. One server & a self service till; then a 5 min wait to get a security tag removed, no-one available to assist at the self service. In a couple of places around the store the staff were happily chatting and joking together. Shame because the stock and prices are okay and it's good to browse, but back to Toolstation & Screwfix next time.
