Had to come to Basildon BnQ to use the wood cutting service as my local Southend branch never opens there one, it's either no staff available or machines not working or just can't be bothered. Anyway while in your Basildon branch I was helped by a really nice chap called Gary who was on the wood saw, he helped me with all that I needed, thanks Gary 👍. Maybe you should get him to teach the Southend bunch a few things
