Huge store and they have plenty of stuff but not a wide variety comparing it with Leroy Merlin or Dedeman. You can find few things but if you need specific things you cannot find that in UK's B&Q or any other hardware stores, just on the internet. It's good that they cut the wood here which it's a plus. It's worth paying a visit if you live close to this store.

UPDATE: Atrocious customer service And I'm pretty easy to get along with. They over charged me on a garden centre item that should have been 50% off. I told them at the till. She said okay butbi missed it cage up at full price as I had spent £100 and had many items. After a phone call to the shop, they said mark the receipt of when you spoke with me and bring it in for a credit / refund. I asked how long do I have as I don't have a car? She said 6 months. No problem. Today, the lady in the collections area said no. I don't care what they said you need up bring the very large potted plant back in! I don't care that you have the receipt and the tag from the item. I'm on a bus and walking , "I don't care. I'm not helping you!" Then she literally walked away out of the area. Oh my! B&Q, this means war! How many customers can I steer to Wickes and Home Base? 6, 10 or maybe 20 personally? Or maybe several 100 on the internet and social sites. Give me my £7.50! I want it back. Previous review from my initial purchase. Was 4 stars. Now 1 star. Tidy, helpful staff, not too crowded. In fact Friday afternoon virtually empty. Garden area fully stocked. Prices were fair if you shop the deals and pricey if you don't. I got 4 plants at 50% off!
