Contacted B & P Windows regarding replacement of our double glazed windows and facias/soffits. Very knowledgeable and open with our options for both. The showroom was very helpful for us to visualise the windows, especially with the varied designs and features available. Received clear and fully explained quotations for the works required with both windows and roofline replacement, and following placing an order, regular communication regarding installation dates etc. The installation team were excellent, both in the standard of work and cleanliness, working late where required to ensure the work was completed on time. An excellent experience from enquiry to completion.

My wife and I contacted B&P Windows last year and arranged to have a conservatory built, as a replacement for a long-past-its-best 'outhouse'. I've attached a photograph showing how it looked at the time. The work was all completed towards the end of 2022, exactly to the agreed schedule, and to a very high standard. The various builders, electricians, fitters and plasterers were friendly, helpful and efficient, and the whole process was entirely stress free. The final touches (flooring and furniture) were out of B&Ps hands and so it was not until the last week of February that we could actually begin using our new room. I've attached photographs showing the final result (plus a couple of images before the flooring went down). Even though the weather during February and March has varied between mild and very cold, we've rarely had a day when it's not been possible to sit out there. One afternoon in particular was registering as 4 degrees outside and we were drinking coffee and eating cake, with no heating switched on. I'm typing this review from the conservatory now, and there isn't any sun to speak of. I should point out that this is the fourth time we have used B&P, (previous jobs involved replacing windows and doors), so we know that we weren't just lucky in getting a good result this time. We thoroughly recommend B&P Windows, and would have no hesitation using them again in future.

Have now been waiting almost three months for a simple quotation for a replacement window panel on our conservatory roof which was originally fitted by this company. The owner/MD/salesman has failed to return calls on three separate occasions and I have now lost all patience and confidence with B&P. They talk a good talk but are extremely poor when delivering promises, customer relations is not a strong point. Avoid and you won’t be disappointed!

From start to finish we were really impressed with the level of service received from B&P. We were advised along the way by Adam, who was always there to answer any queries we had and to offer advice , he looked into alternatives for us when we were unsure about the style of doors and was always pleasant and professional. The two fitters Josh and Chris were very polite, efficient, considerate of our home and tidied up when they had finished. We omitted to order an internal window sill and the fitters rang the office and arranged to come back to fit it at no extra charge. We are very happy with the finished result and the workmanship. We would definitely recommend B & P windows.

Very good and professional firm. They did our back windows and our doors. Clean work and leave your place tidy afterwards. The composite door are extremely good quality and safe. The workers/installers are nice and polite. A bit pricy but you pay for quality work and material. Highly recommend !

My review Apologies in advance. It’s not a short review. Upon first impression I new B & P Windows we’re the company to replace my existing windows and doors. Bedroom windows I decided on tilt & turn for the ease of opening, cleaning & operation. Room window I went for standard top openers. Bathroom window, again a top opener with frosted glass for privacy. Kitchen door is of a barn style tilt & turn design, ideal to keep the pets inside but the added advantage of the top section opens fully for fresh air, with the top section of the door which can be tilted instead. After several discussions with Adam & Justin I was advised on integrated blinds into the sash units on the barn door & side window with a exterior dial to change the angle of the blinds for privacy, No dust, dirt or kitchen smells will hang on the blinds & it has made a feature of them too. Door locking systems are the ultimate In security, the keys can’t be cut just anywhere & there backed up with a fantastic guarantee by the lock company. To finish off, the external look of the windows & doors are grey. I was again advised that Anthracite for the doors & Slat Grey for the window frames, I went with their recommendations, I’m so glad I did, it’s made a feature of the windows & doors, both colours look great. To round it up, I trawled the internet for months on end reading up on windows & doors & what they are made of, (not all windows & doors are of the same quality). I also had representatives visit myself & show their products & quality. I new I wanted a quality product & for those reasons I decided to go with B & P Windows. The installation team were fantastic & kept my new home clean & tidy. Office staff were very polite, thoughtful & helpful with my phone inquiries too. Would I recommend B & P Windows. Absolutely 110%. A family business with the personal touch. Thank you everyone. A very happy customer.
