Beware of Contract terms, once you are with them, leaving is made intentionally difficult. Be sure to send your termination notice recorded delivery as they will ignore it and say it was never recieved. The terms are essentially: Locked in for 2 years, if you dont give notice between 5 and 6 months prior to that end date, it rolls again for another 2 years. They will ignore your calls, requests and post, hand delivery in this specific period is recommended. Also worth noting their service isnt competitive once in use. Awful company. Once you sign up they'll increase prices gradually so you end up paying above market prices. When you try to switch supplier their rep Faisal Mohammed will claim you're in contract for another 2 years. (We only signed up for 12 months back in 2017). Stay away from that Company! We use Warrington Council now. Much cheaper and very transparent. Service: Trash removal & disposal

the agreed contract rate will increase every year. Mine went up by 40% and this is only in year and a half. Beware! if you sign up for a 2 year contact it will roll over by another 2 years if you do not cancel 5-6months in advance and that too by RECORDED DELIVERY TO THEIR OFFICE ADDRESS. If they wish to cancel the contact they have to give only 30days notice in writing (NOT BY RECORDED DELIVERY). This is a very irresponsible contact by the company and should not be allowed to mess around with small businesses.

Horrible experience. The staff are rude and very unhelpful. Ordered a waste bin with mixed waste. We specifically asked what could go in the bin prior and were told of no restrictions. 3 weeks ago they refused to take our waste as they said it was contaminated with wood. We challenged this and they sent us a leaflet of what couldn't be put in the bin. Wood was not on this list. This was pointed out, to which they then said, its the size of wood. Again, not mentioned anywhere. Fits in the bin and the lid closes just fine. We enquired about termination and the fact that we had 2 weeks worth of waste not taken and they want us to pay 40% of the remaining contract despite not fulfilling their side of the agreement. Today, was ridiculous. They came and removed all the wood from the bin and dumped it on main road, a busy high street, directly outside the front of our office. What kind of company does this. Thankfully there are cameras, so the local council have been informed. They seem to have a serious chip on their shoulders and I would not recommend. Service: Trash removal & disposal
