If I could give negative stars I would. Avoid like the plague! They auto renew contracts without even the courtesy to send you anything at the renewal date and tie you in beyond the agreed term. Completely underhand tactics and dreadful to deal with.

Absolutely shambolic company 4 failed collections, multiple phone calls emails and photos sent at request of b and m waste to get a bin collection. Eventually got a promise to collect all rubbish from one of our sites currently serviced with them which to no surprise failed again. We have made multiple calls and not once had a call back. Cancelling our collection across all sites on Monday due to failure to provide contracted service. This year we particularly enjoyed working with the B&M Waste staff who volunteered at our Children's Heart Surgery Fund Superhero Walk. It was brilliant to see the children enjoying B&M Waste educational recycling games about why we need to take care of our planet. We look forward to working together again in 2020. We are incredibly grateful for their generous fundraising donations, which help us to support babies and children born with a heart problem in Yorkshire.
