We have a contract with this company that we have tried to terminate due to their lack of adhering to the pre agreed schedule. They are now telling us that because we missed the 'cancellation window' (which is 4 weeks long at a fixed period through a 115 week contract, just 4 weeks!!!) that we are stuck with them for another rolling term until we hit the next 4 week cancellation window! The drivers harass our staff about leaving the bins out so its easier for them to collect at a time that suits them rather than what we agreed when we signed the contract. If you would like to deal with a great sales team and then on a weekly basis get harassed by the drivers who dont turn up when they are meant to, if they turn up at all to then deal with the least helpful customer service team to then be blocked from cancelling your contract because of a '4 week window' clause in the contrct then go ahead and contct B&M waste on 0800wemessyouaroundbecausewecan and speak to Angela. They honestly could not care less about the service they provide or your issues when they are raised.

Dreadful company REGRET moving to them. They don’t collect bins and still charge us. Public Road blocked by a delivery truck to another business for a brief period so B&M simply drive on not collecting our bins and still charge us. Completely beyond our control nothing we can do about it. Dreadful service from a dreadful company. Oh yes not forgetting the two year rolling contract CON. You have to cancel 6 months before end of contract to stop a 2 year additional contract. CON CON CON Service: Waste recycling

Dishonest poor service Having an issue with this company that we have been in contract with for around 12 months, their way of dealing with it is appalling, Quiet simply they didn't collect the bin that we pay a weekly fee for, nor that of the adjacent property, this was brought to their attention on the day the invoice was received, they responded with some drivel statement about skeleton service over Christmas and we should have told them if we didn't want our bin collected. This was not the issue, we are like many companies that work all year round, and rely on our service providers to do the same, and it all gets discussed at the time of signing new contracts. Currently the arrogance of them is stunning with drivers that have accurate memories dating back many weeks and can establish not only that day and time, plus every factor that would be relevant to that collection, amazing really. based on the number of collections they must do daily and not the collection on the 21st dec or the 4th jan, this one on the 28th December. strange really because im not sure i have meet anyone that given a random interview 5-6 weeks down the line could remember such an insignificant time or point in history So its up to you really you have the option of dealing with a firm that show dishonesty and poor customer service if you raise a query with, they will respond with irrelevant information and then miraculously out comes the memory of all and sundry effectively calling me a liar, So the fact that on the Thursday 29th morning my 1st call was to have the bins collected and emptied by a member of my own staff because it was full of food waste apparently is wrong, the fact that we did mikes for him in the adjacent unit for the same reason was wrong. your choice really Service: Trash removal & disposal

Bagnall and morris took over the waste at my company in March and they have been brilliant. They have been very professional and efficient. The account manager is always just at the end of the phone if we need him. We were all very pleased with the smooth handover from our old supplier to B&M and the service has been impeccable since. I highly recommend this company!
