After looking at their website and it stating it was open today my husband and I went to Hook. It wasn't until we got there we noticed a sign on the gates saying not open to the public. I think they ought to put that on their web page to inform the public they are not open for business.

Contacted them on the morning of Monday 18th asking for a quote for materials and was told they would contact me that afternoon. Chased them up at around 4.30 that afternoon to see how they were getting on only to be informed that they were very busy and would contact me the following morning which is understandable in the current situation. Waited until after 2pm on Wednesday 19th and called again to be told it was partly done and I would be contacted back in a few minutes. Called back after 3, after 4,at 4.30 and 4.55. I understand that things are busy at the moment but it's the same for everyone and honesty goes a long way. It's now going into a third day I cannot complete my quotation so now it makes me look unprofessional and being a member of checkatrade reputation is everything. Suffice to say I'm very disappointed
