B & J Supplies also known as onlinepoundstore.co.uk and *snatch-a-bargain* on eBay. Hermes lost my delivery and these people did nothing to help me. I've spent hours claiming proof from Hermes that my order never arrived and they're still clinging onto my money! Avoid these people at all costs. Very dishonest and absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Who behaves like this in this day and age, complete theives!!!

An absolute farce. We wanted to stock the Airpure owl warmers and were told by Airpure that B&J wholesale them. So we opened a trade account, and were told by the guy on the phone at B&J that the warmers were £4 each including VAT. So the girls who work for us advertise the warmers, sell loads on pre-order, and send me their £4.80 per warmer. I then go onto the site to place the order, and they're not £4.80, they're £5.87. No mention of VAT on top, so we thought that was the trade price with VAT. The girls pay their £1.07 extra per warmer, and I again go to place the order, only to find out VAT isn't in the £5.87 price. Now obviously I couldn't go back to the girls a second time and tell them I needed more money from them, so it was me who paid the VAT, which running a small business I can't afford. After the order had gone in I queried the original price on the phone, to be told in a s****y tone "We can cancel the order if you don't want it". Anyway. Today the order arrives and it's a box of warmers short. Call B&J and they're adamant the right amount was sent. No mention of sending out a replacement box, just saying they'll need to "investigate it". You have sent my order out in multiples of 3 boxes, SELLOTAPED TOGETHER. What did you think was going to bloody happen?! Since I started writing this review B&J have actually called me back again and said that they will now send out a replacement. But it doesn't excuse the absolute farce that this experience has been. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I was a costumer till last week I made 2 order of £400 for cosmetic items, order n. 86129 and 86110 received 2 boxes with 89 items damaged very badly packaged, after soo many phone calls and emails to B&j supplies onlinepoundshop customer service they didn't want to help and I had to pay for it, Avoid working with those people.
