I received really great help in this shop (Greenford), despite arriving super stressed after my sink pretty much came off the wall. Guys were helpful, took their time showing me around and helped me choose suitable replacement. Everything was carried to the car for me. It is so hard to shop for this sort of stuff with majority of sellers available only online and being able to see the quality and finish properly means a lot. I’m not planning to go elsewhere in the future.

Good products. But the customer service is bad and outdated. Rude and arrogant staff especially the young tall chap. He was more interested in playing with his phone than helping customers even when he was asked for some product information.
