I used to have my prescriptions sent here but I’ve changed now. The members of staff don’t speak very good English and you have to repeat yourself a lot. I actually had to write my name down for the lady to understand. Not the quickest .

Nurse very rude and shows no respect to patient. I attended a blood test appointment and after being rudely called in by the nurse to sit and rest my arm on the chair, there was no information/briefing whatsoever as regards what was going to happen to me. Next thing I realised, syringe was in my vein until 4 test tubes of blood had been collected. Nurse just said: "That's it". I asked her whether that was everything to get some information. Again she said: "all done". No information about what would happen next to my samples. I find this unprofessional and wouldn't use their service again. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
