  Been going here regularly for months and it’s always the best massage. I’ve had massages with both Bam and Louie and they are both just amazing. I always come out feeling so much better and so much lighter. I recommend to everyone in Windsor x

  What a shocking Customer service , I booked an hour session for 2 people at around 11am as a gift and I was told it is booked for 5pm , I called around 4 pm to make sure everything is still ok and I was told YES. When we turned up, no one was there after 10 minutes knocking the door , someone came to us very rude and said they had double booking and they can’t serve us now either wait to 5:30 or maybe 6pm or cancel then she shut the door on us and left!!! . How on earth you can treat your customers like this . It was a gift for two people and you ruined it . at least be polite! and say sorry that you can’t manage the simple booking. Regardless you are short staff or whatever … That is why businesses like this goes down .

  We have being coming here for 10 years now. Best Thai massage for us. Bam and her staffs are very friendly and professional. I give a 5 star for massage, cleanliness, customer service. Recently they have started Thai food as well and we love it too. Food is super authentic and fresh.

  Filthy place unprofessional staff run down booked couples massage 1 hr started late finished early long nails scratched my entire body was wearing dirty personal clothing like therapist jus came in from park with dog walk then decides to leave treatment half way to talk to someone whatever oil the therapist used left my entire skin itchy and full of rash I asked her not to touch my hair did not listen the response was u not know about Thai massage u not had!! food being cooked opposite dirty toilet on dirty sink where u wash ur hands defiantly do not recommend hygiene-10 attitude of therapist appalling no sense of customer care save ur money and health

  I booked for hot stones 1h and honestly I feel so disappointed. I wouldn't say it is a waste of money because at the end of the session I did feel more pain free. However the overall experience was poor. 1. I entered the place and there was no "hello" or anything. The first thing I got told was "huh?". Obviously I said hello but I didn't even get an eye contact or anything. 2. I was told to go into the room and wait for my therapist to come. When she arrived, there was no hello or anything.She said "hot stones?". And I said "hello." And she said louder "hot stones?". 3. As I said I asked for hot stones, not for "burning to hell" stones. I've had this therapy so many times before is so many different places and I never ever had this painful experience before. Thankfully the therapist brought a towel to make me more comfortable after I told her that's it's unbearable. 4. When the therapist was removing the stones she scratched my skin 3 times as she was being very abrupt. 5. Massage it's supposed to be a moment of relaxation not a moment when anyone could open the door and start a conversation (including laughing)with the therapist while I'm supposed to relax. 6. The therapist asked me if I wanted any ginger tea which was very kind, I said "yes" and I started getting dressed to go downstairs as told. When I went downstairs, the receptionist said "you have to pay more". Apparently the hot stones therapy is charged more. Anyway. I payed the difference and she said "now you go". Well.......

  Where do I start ? Booked a session for couple' so we could share the same room. The therapist were chatting with one another all the time probably at out expense . The phone was ringing with notifications and messages all the time. Zero relaxing ! My massage experience was not even average ... The therapist left the room for few minutes to drink and eat and when she came back in .. she burped on my face !. When I pay for a service such a relaxing massage I'm expecting to hear little to zero noises ,having a low ambient light and the usual chill out music playing is key ...this place is a joke and I will never come back .
