I needed a new cooker with a high level grill for my dad who is 80 to make life a little easier. Nick was extremely helpful and found me the perfect model. Andy came and fitted it and removed the old cooker. Fantastic service from both Nick and Andy, I will definitely be using them again and will be highly recommending them to everyone I know. You can't beat local. This is my second purchase from B Grade. One phone call, some helpful advice on which machine would best suit my needs and then half an hour later a washing machine on my doorstep as they were able to squeeze me into their day's deliveries! What a service and very competitive pricing and delivery charges also. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
