You know a good company when they sort out someone else's mess!! BG were the sub contractors for my window installations. When the window people (Budget Windows Ltd of St Albans) ran off with my money (£20,000) the scaffolding was left up for months with Budget refusing to communicate. After several months I eventually discovered that BG owned the scaffolding around my house. BG dealt with my query very professionally with the owner keeping me personally updated until they had (promptly) removed their scaffolding.
