Not being fit, I was very hesitant about joining Bfit, but at 54 knew I had to give it a go. So glad I did !! Everyone is very friendly .I found the sessions challenging but they were adapted for me when needed. Tom and Shiel are both great coaches, pushing me to go further when they know I have it to give. After 6 weeks my fitness has improved and I can now finish a class, I've also noticed that I'm more toned all round.

I have been going for a few months now, the sessions are tough (in a good way), Tom and Shiels are really encouraging and push you just enough to keep you going, the other ladies are all lovely and supportive too, I can highly recommend them to anyone thinking about giving it a try

I’m so glad I discovered B-Fit coaching. Outdoor work outs with a small friendly group of people and supportive instructors has helped me get my fitness back on track . Really enjoy the sessions ,the banter and being out in a Green space. Even in a group setting, you work to your individual goals . I’d highly recommend it to anyone new to or getting back to a fitness routine .

I have been with B:Fit for almost a month now. Already I feel stronger and more healthy. I love being outdoors, the small groups and the 1:1 attention during the session to ensure our techniques are correct to help us achieve maximum results. Tom is a fab PT who works us hard (in a good way). Tom mixes up the sessions to focus on different areas of the body and no session is the same. Everyone in the sessions are really friendly and supportive. I would highly recommend B:fit, I feel like I have gained so much in such a short space of time.

I’ve almost completed my 4th week of B:fit boot camps. 5 weeks ago if you’d told me that I’d be getting up early to do 4 boot camp sessions a week in the park and that I’d be enjoying it, I would never have believed it. It’s true though, I’ve now got the motivation to do the exercise and enjoy it at the same time. The sessions are hard but you work at your own pace with Tom adding the motivation and drive to push you a bit further each time. Tom has created something really special. Everyone at each session is friendly and supportive, I love being part of the B:fit community and am looking forward to the months ahead.

I love B:Fit! It has seen the ups and downs of my weight loss journey. I always have a laugh while working out, which makes me want to go back each week. I had to take a week out due to injury, and I missed it (including all the members) so much. It's such a friendly community, and the atmosphere boosts my mood when I've had a long day at work! I joined the Bfit family in July 2020. I was never a big fan of going to a gym or fitness classes, I'd join up and pay membership but didn't have the motivation to go as often as I should. Bfit was different! Why? Because i was drawn to the fact that the fitness sessions took place outside, in a park, in the fresh air! I loved the fact that the group size was much smaller meaning I put more effort into my workout so I wouldn't fall behind! Tom is a great trainer, both professional and motivational! He's often pushed me out of my comfort zone and taught me to trust myself to work harder in order to achieve my fitness goals. I've become stronger and have had success in completing certain exercises I used to give up on or avoid! Every day is a different workout, we all have a good laugh and encourage each other during the session. I'm now a regular Bfit member, attending at least 3 if not 4 sessions a week! Looking forward to winter workouts in the park, it'll be a first for me but never say never! Thank you Tom (and Shiel on the weekends) for running the Bfit classes!
