Not professional. We gave the measurements. The crane was not the correct crane. Measurements were correct. The driver knew when he turned up it wouldn’t work. He tried everything. Turned out it was a 24 m crane. The flat length was 24 m but needed to go over two stories. No refunds despite the fact the crane was never going to reach based on the measurements I gave and photos I sent. I only knew this when the crane turned up. Wasted a morning and money.dont use them

Our company used B Everett Transport Ltd for the movement of a container. We paid upfront in goodwill that the container would be moved as agreed. Unfortunately, due to lack of communication as they are very difficult to get a hold of , their team agreed to attend without asking for any photos of site / access or to inform us of the size of the lorry. When they arrived due to the lack of communication by B Everett Transport Ltd they were unable to access the location as the lorry was too large. We have attempted to re-book to move the container with a smaller lorry. However, they are not willing to complete there service (even though, the fault is with them) and are not taking any responsibility for their mistakes, asking for full payment once again to return. During a telephone conversation with a member of their team, they referred to their terms and conditions which does NOT include movement of a container ONLY deliveries (in which it states that if a delivery can not be carried out, and needs to be rebooked for any circumstance there would be a 50% payment of original amount). B Everett Transport were not willing to return even once we said we would make a 50% payment of the original amount. DO NOT USE B EVERETT AND DO NOT PAY UPFRONT!!

Absolutely smashing and professional company, had them round today to crane in our hot tub, hot tub company messed up and arrived 90 minutes late, complaints from the crane driver - when the company finally arrived they were a man down so our man at B.Everett took over and did all the work for the delivery man!!! Superb from start to finished, arrived promptly at 8am and a really lovely fella. Can’t recommend enough! Thank you again! A**
