We were extremely impressed with the two gentleman who attended recently when we had a fault with our compressed airline system. Appreciate we were charged for the callout however I always remember companies / people who give a good professional service / value for money and on this instance they attended our site promptly and conducted themselves in a very safe and professional manner. The problem was soon rectified and they even showed us the faulty part explaining what had caused the fault.

A big thanks to all the staff at BCAS. You only see the true character of a company when something goes wrong. When our compressor gave up the ghost, threatening to shut down our production line, one phone call to BCAS and they responded like super hero's. Des promptly arrived to issue the diagnosis - Your compressor has gasped its last! - and reported it back to the office. From there, Steve took up the mantle and must have spent considerable time and effort in sourcing a replacement - keeping me informed all the way. Once I gave the go ahead it was delivered and installed by Neil within 48 hours. We are now back up and running, and in the end with barely no disruption to our production. And lest I forget - thank you to the lovely Helen who is always so friendly and helpful when ever I call them. Well done to all, a model lesson in how a good business should be run.
