I've been meaning to write this review for the best part of two years now, dating back to when Brian saved our old American style fridge freezer from the scrapyard. Some local young gun had been around initially, diagnosed the breakdown as the compressor and confidently wrote it off as beyond economical repair. He then promptly went into his sales pitch for smaller new ones in stock at his shop. All of these had nowhere near the capacity or features of the one we'd been using for years. Never one to jump to immediate decisions we said we'd weigh it up because to ditch the drop down door for the milk and the plumbed in water / ice dispenser would be a backward step. Enter the Man...thank goodness we stumbled across Brian, who agreed the initial diagnosis but quickly made a phone call then gave us a quote with a view to fitting a replacement compressor to old faithful. We agreed. Second visit when the compressor arrived a few days later and Brian fitted it, tested it and we were all up and running again, just the job. Lockdown came and went - loads of capacity, no need for trips out. Blistering summer last year - on tap cooled water and ice Drop down milk door - don't need to open the main door every two minutes and increase your cooling temperature. £250 job done and still going strong (hope I'm not tempting fate by writing this!). No hesitation in recommending Brian at all. A trusty advocate fighting against the throwaway, disposable mentality!! Top man.

Great service from a lovely guy. I was really struggling to find someone to even look at my campervan compression fridge! He asked for the info he needed upfront, thought through what would work best in the limited space and got my fridge up and running in no time and didn't mind me watching and learning too. Price was reasonable and work guaranteed. I would definitely recommend.

Brian came, diagnosed the problem, ordered parts, and mended our fridge freezer as quickly and efficiently as possible. (previous company charged us a call out fee and told us it wasn't worth fixing). Brian really seems to know his stuff, he was a pleasant chap have in the house. I'd definitely use him again.

I'm a landlord with a number of houses in Leeds. I had an issue with an american style fridge freezer which another contractor had tried and failed to fix. Brian came promptly, liaised well with the tenants and carried out the repair with minimum fuss, charging very fairly for the job. Helpul and experienced. I can recommend and will be using him again
