Absolutely dreadful business,they told lies and said that my relatives headstone was being inscribed in their workshop when in reality the headstone was still at the cemetery waiting to be removed.This is after ordering the work in February 2021 and them giving me a 12 week timeline. Don't touch them,emails and phone calls are ignored,why would you treat the bereaved in such a manner,?
