My wife was gifted some gorgeous beaded earrings for her birthday from Azuni. She loved them and they looked great on her. Unfortunately one of the earrings broke a little while after. I emailed the company directly with a photo showing the broken earring and asked if it could be repaired. A lovely lady called Sophia responded immediately. Unfortunately they could not be repaired, but she offered to replace them for a brand new pair free of charge. All they asked is if we could return the broken pair in a self addressed envelope which would arrive with the new ones. My wife doesn't know this yet and will be delighted when she gets the new pair in the post. What amazing customer service. Thank you Azuni & Sophia.

Ordered online a special bracelet (festival fringe cuff) for a birthday present to be sent to Spain, it was delivered within 4 days beautifully wrapped. As soon as I placed the order I emailed the team asking if was possible to add a personalised birthday card, they got back to me straight away and they’ve added it too.
