I visited the restaurant with my family Great customer service from staff We were given choice of traditional floor seating in private room which my family enjoyed Excellent food fresh and tender generous portions very reasonably priced Located below beautiful Aziziye mosque Will be visiting again Definitely recommend

Attended the restaurant today with my 3 young children and they were served off fizzy ayran, unfortunately they drank half a cup each and I pray they don’t get food poisoning. The waiter try to justify this by telling me maybe the pipes in the ayran machine were unclean… this is not the first time this has happened, obviously this made me feel sick and we couldn’t continue eating here. We have been customers for 8 years but I guess this is now the end as they last few times we have attended the service has just been terrible. They urgently need new waiters/ management. Since these waiters started a few years back the restaurant has lost its reputation and it’s just gone so downhill. The mosque is beautiful and people want to attended the restaurant and support Aziziye but this is impossible due to the poor service they provide. On our way out at checkout, They tried to charge me for the off Ayran and when I spoke up they added 2 different priced service charges on my receipt. Again I spoke up and the man at the till looked so angry. Shocking behaviour honestly they need to employ God fearing people in there. I would be so embarrassed to invite anyone here for food. Someone has to speak up and be honest because this kind of behaviour is unacceptable.

One of my favourite Turkish restaurants in London Amazing food with excellent customer service. The restaurant located inside of famous Turkish aziziye masjid. You have the option to dine on chairs and tables or floor seating. We always booked for floor seating and the experience was very good. We were served with bread on the house along with cold water which was very refreshing. The food is fresh and amazing taste.
