Went to visit family in Hitchin and my exhaust decided to come adrift on route from Yorkshire. I went to Kwik fit , they said I needed a new exhaust, I was a little surprised as it didn't sound damaged. Fortunately as it turned out, they didn't stock the one I needed, it was a special order job and couldn't help me. They did however suggest getting it welded to get back home and gave me the name of AZ Autos. Christian at AZ Autos was really helpful and found me a slot to inspect the same day and thankfully it turned out it needed a new bracket welding on and was done while I waited. It didn't need a new exhaust at all! Great service, great price. Would definitely recommend. Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys saved us when our car gave up and we literally rolled into their forecourt. Although they weren’t able to assist due to the severity of the issue they allowed our car to remain there until recovery can be arranged and even gave my husband who has HF a lift home as he can’t walk far. They will have our future custom for sure. A massive thank you for your help 😊

They've moved from Hitchin to Letchworth. So ...bad luck Hitchin! :) It was my first time using them for my car's MoT and found the fellas extremely (and genuinely) friendly. The small reception is very comfortable and welcoming. It's also 'lone female' friendly. Absolutely no need to feel wary of the often usual 'running the gauntlet' of testosterone. To the contrary, at AZ it has a very relaxing and welcoming feel about the place and its team. Absolutely and totally recommended! Don't hesitate to use them. And 'no' ... I'm not linked to them in any way whatsoever. A genuine, personal review.
