So upset and disappointed. I booked the full “relaxing” massage -£70 - for a much needed treat after a difficult time. I was left more unrelaxed and stressed afterwards than before! The experience was ruined by bright room lights being turned on immediately the second it finished, not even a minute after, and nowhere to relax anywhere after. No shower or steam room as advertised. Nothing. Not even offered a glass of water. The massage itself left me with pain in my upper back days later. Customer service is just awful - they don’t apologise or try to rectify mistakes or resolve complaints. I feel so upset as they had the chance and ignore you. Stay away!

I had the Indian head massage which was nice, the only thing I didn't like is that I was asked if I wanted oil to my hair and I said no and then they said its part of the process I said okay, i left with oil on my hair and my neck and shoulders looking and feeling very awful. I just hope atleast they would let me know so I can be prepared that there's gonna be oils on my scalp..they didn't offer me a wash or anything.

I’ve just gotten back home from my massage appointment with a miserable feeling totally opposite to what I thought I’d feel after my massage & I don’t think I’d ever go back again. I was booked for the Vishesh Energising: 90 mins – £100 after not such a great massage, I asked where the steam & shower room was to be told immediately they need to check if shower was available & that the steam room wasn’t working. 10 seconds later the therapist returned to say I can take a 5 minute shower , I had to take the shower because my head was full of oil (otherwise I would have just walked out) . But then realised the shower was running cold when I got in & there was no shower gel only to be told when I complained you should have called out I did standing in the cold shower but no one could hear me. Very disappointed with the whole experience. I had paid for the full service & the experience left me feeling more miserable than before I entered this place.
