Ironic how this store sells products for afro hair yet sets about watching people with afro hair like thieves the moment they start looking for products. When I asked the staff member why this was the case he said he's just doing what his boss said to do. My reply, "so your boss told you to watch me". His reply "yes". My response; put the items in my hand down and told the guy in charge that that is an excellent way to lose business. Well done!!! His merely stood there with a smile on his face. If I could give minus stars I would. People making money from people they don't trust. Go to one of the other shops on the high road. There are plenty! Don't put money in these profilers' pockets.

If I could give 0 I would. I went to exchange a product I bought for £20. As a university student this is a hefty price to pay for something that is no use to me. Staff literally opened packaging and then told me I could not exchange it because the packaging was open. Not only this but fake products are also sold in this store and I was told If I bought them I would be given a discount. Tried speaking to the manager and was completely dismissed. I will be reporting this shop to trading standards. Absolutely appalled by their service.
