    Southampton city council use this lift repair business and those lifts in these Tower's blocks are CONSTANTLY and I do mean CONSTANTLY out of service. Several lifts out for a year. Some out often two weeks at a time and the common excuse is "waiting for a part"! When the question is asked from where is the part coming from? The answers is always Germany. Why are we using a German lift company AXIS with such a poor service record when there are dozens of lift companies with a higher service record within the British isles.
