Overall I am so disappointed by the product from Axis. After the initial development of the planning application, it turns out that the product is infeasible to be built without complete reroofing. Essentially the designs were aspirational with no underlying engineering basis or consideration. I now have an approved planning application for a build that I cannot do. After wasting 5k on Axis, I am having to start from scratch again. I am so disappointed, and it has been a waste of money and time. So a response of breakdown in communication? You didn't bother replying to the criticism, took the cash and left us with unusable paper waste. You regret nothing, got your cash and couldn't care less about anything else

They are a professional team, who are able to support clients from inception through to hand over of any project - a real bonus for clients who may need support with ensuring all the relevant boxes are ticked (building control etc.) and dealing with overseeing the construction phase element of a project.
