    Lack general basic customer service. Takes 2-3 weeks for basic replies each time. Paid £270 on 2nd Feb for a Hoodie, jacket, Tshirt & Hat. picked up items personally 23rd feb because they take forever to arrange delivery, and then notice Hat logo was bent. Other Items were faulty and logo print was poor. Asked for it to be sorted which took another month of back and forth. Requested a refund for 1 item i didn’t get, on 27th March, and had no responses since from both Ajay and Roy over £25. Worst experience I’ve received on something so straight forward.

    So I went out on a limb and visited APE after seeing the ad for it online. Had a conversation with AJ about designs, colours and best quality sweatshirts. I purchased 10 units there and then, and I'm so so glad I did. They're brilliant! The colours and the embroidery are exactly as I had on my mock-up.
