Trust me when I say this is a genuine Review. I use to own and run my own Body Repair Shop so there is not much that gets past my eyes. When the accident occurred my heart sank, and when I looked at the front of the car those words, "Written Off", came to mind. After contacting the insurence we were directed to AXIOM. We attended for a Inspection, the reception staff were nice and so was the Tea ! We spoke with the Assessor and Explained our concerns and that we realy didnt want it written off, our plan was another 10 years, then we would venture into an Electric Vehicle. So a plan was hatched to repair everything where posable and replace with cost affective parts where posable, obviously we were happy with the Plan. Due to being buissey and the fact we had Repaired it with a secondhand headlamp and cable tied up the bumper and gaffer taped the sharp jagged edges, we didnt need a hire car from the accident to the repair start date. As we were not vehicle off the road we didnt mint waiting for a slot in their work load to book us in, it was about a month latter when she went in for repair, it took about 2 weeks ? And then we went to collect it. Let me just say Anyone can spray paint, but only professionals can lay a smooth finnish, especially with Laquer, so trust me when I say the paint finnish was smooth and shiny like glass. There were no signs of repairs or ripples in the pannels etc. The colour was blended in so no different pannels stood out. Sorry to cut the Review short , so I'd just like to say 10 out of 10, if I'm happy with their work, then trust me you should be too. Highly recommend Axiom accident repair centre in Yaxley. From the lovely ladies in reception to the people carrying out the repairs, everyone was so helpful and professional. They really went out of their way to give fantastic customer service and go above and beyond, making a stressful situation much easier. Would definitely use their services again.

My daughter had what she thought was a minor accident in her Fiat 500X. Another accident repair specialist had looked at the photos and thought the car was still safe to drive, so my daughter wasn't entitled to a courtesy car, but they couldn't repair the car for four months anyway! We asked for another repair specialist to take the car on and Axiom in Yaxley was allocated. Their assessor Marius Roman contacted us and called round on his way to work, giving up his own personal time. He checked the car over and realised that the damage was more serious. He organised the car to be collected and taken to their repair centre where they carried out a detailed assessment of the damage. A week later the car was written off as a category 'S' (Structural). My daughter could have been driving around in an unsafe car for months had it not have been for the thoroughness and excellent customer service from Axiom. I highly recommend Axiom Accident Repair to anyone and a special thanks to Marius for his devotion to his job. Service: Body & Trim
