    The waiting room is tiny now and mixed so they only allow maximum 20 people in the morning. The patient privacy is out the window as the receptionists actually ask people why they are there? in earshot of a whole waiting room, even though there’s is a ‘discreet’ form to fill in (a form with giant multiple choice boxes with reasons you could be there) not all reasons listed. Once through the humiliation and embarrassment and extremely selective wait time, things got easier cos then you’re actually seen by professional doctors doing their jobs.

    I no wonder why people get STIs. It's so complicated to get tested. They are always full of capacity at 10am and even if you are there at 9 you might not be able to get seen. Very very poor service. NHS need more funding like always

    Got tested a month ago and they wont give me my results. Keep calling reception and the few times they answer they tell me a nurse is gonna call me back within an hour, this never happens.

    Axess is absolute joke. I have been trying to access treatment for over a month now. I need my implant replaced so I don’t get pregnant. It is ridiculous that I cannot access treatment yet if I were to get pregnant I can get an abortion in a shorter space of time. This is something I would like to avoid. More funding is needed for women’s healthcare. Due to lack of services, people are suffering mentally and physically.
