Overall Experience - 5 out of 5! I wanted to get my long standing girlfriend something a bit special for a major birthday and the dilemma was should i buy something from a high end jewelers and me pick something which i think she would like or let my girlfreind pick something which means it wasn't a surpise and also there was a conversation about money. I was recommended Axelson Diamonds by a colleague. From the first conversation, where i outlined i didn't have a clue what i did or didn't want all i knew was the rough price bracket. They gave me a myriad of options (mostly that i didn't know were possible) to guide me to get what was right for us. The option i chose was that i would give them the budget and my girlfriend would get to choose whatever she wanted in this price range. This worked brilliantly as there was none of this looking in a shop window to see that the item you liked was twice as expensive as the budget. The process went from them liasing with me to multiple discussions with my girlfriend to achieve something that i have to say is stunning and all the while they kept the budget a secret. At the start i thought this was going to be daunting process but at the end it turned out to be rather enjoyable one!
