Abysmal customer service online. Shoes haven't been dispatched a week after ordering, and when I asked to cancel and refund, Lou says it's impossible and I MUST wait until they arrive and send it back for a refund. I'm here on holiday and there's no way I can do that. Definitely will be charging it back on credit card. Do NOT buy anything from them.

I was bought a pair of trainers for my birthday in March. I love them, however the logo and a stripe have started to peel away from the main shoe. Given I rarely wear them is super surprising. I contacted customer service and they told me that it will happen if exposed to moisture and I should glue it back on with fabric glue. . Errr...its a shoe, how can I avoid mositure?? Avoid this brand if you want premium shoes as the build quality is poor and customer service poor.

I felt like they hadn't really utilized the space much in here. Considering how many colourways and styles they have online and how big the space is it's more of an art exhibition than a store don't expect to get to see what you've been looking at online in hand as they might not have it. I love Axel A but store was a bit lacking.

Dice Lo - I have fairly wide feet and I'm a tall set heavy fella, I've never worn trianers comfortable out of the box, nice quality shoe shame they don't offer a discount for first order though
