    I took out private healthcare with AXA I am still waiting for them to answer the phone after ONE HOUR AND 25MINUTES!!!!!!!! Taken £10,000 for such rotten service.

    I have car insurance with Axa. I reported someone sideswiped me and took off my wing mirror - but didn't stop. After talking to them, I decided not to claim as a claim would increase my premium next time by up to 30% and I would only gain £70 after he excess was taken into consideration. I was told they would record the incident 'for information only'. I have now received an email from a legal company offering to take up my claim for personal injury or financial loss. I am not injured and said I am not pursuing this. I was not asked if I would like to speak to the legal team and AXA has no right to pass my details to anyone without my permission. I will not renew with AXA this year.

    My car insurance quote went up by more than 30%. Went else where and got it 20% cheaper. So about 50% switch in price for 2023 for me. This is a great way for Axa Management to treat long time customers. Its also bad for your agents mental health on the phone having to explain and justify to customers why there is such an outrageous increase for being a long term customer of Axa. If you read this take auto renew of your axa policy and shop around!! I am moving family cars from axa to elsewhere.
