    Watch these guys, they offer to give you a refund of excel is £250 if you have a claim, they get you jumping through all the hoops to supply all documentation on your claim which is done on an online portal, a month later, 3 messages later & you get no response. Not even a contact number. looks like a scan to get you signed up I’ve now escalated to the financial ombudsman to look at this

    Awful customer service...website keeps crashing..... cannot take payments...cannot make changes to policy as the site doesnt seem to like this....when try to pay by phone its a very long wait as they're experiencing a high number if calls right now.... They spend all the time trying to push you onto the website.... and when it doesn't work they cannot be bothered to give the customer a good telephone service as an alternative. Try employing more humans. I only hope I don't have to make a claim... I can only imagine what a bad experience that would be.

    Shockingly bad company that takes premiums and then makes it impossible to claim. We took out a landlord insurance policy and when we had an unfortunate roof leak, they were very difficult to contact to make a claim, every time I got through to someone - the computer system was "down" and when we eventually registered a claim, they said their surveyor had assessed the rebuild value to be an astronomically high amount that reduced the claim down to just a few quid more than the excess. A search of recent Ombudsman cases reveals that this is their typical practice and this company needs to be taken to task on the way they operate. Take your business elsewhere, when it comes to using your insurance this company will let you down more than you could imagine.
