What a superb little hidden gem is this place?! We were there a few times before we actually made the purchase of our new doors. What a quality, I cannot praise it highly enough. Proper solid heavy doors, ball-bearing hinges, beautiful selection if handles.. we’re so very happy. Went back for more (5 doors in total) and we bought the skirting boards from here too. Can’t fault the place at all. Staff was kind and helpful, the young lad and the lady are both informative and helpful. Skirting boards chopped to our sizes for free 🙂 We’ll not consider any other place when refurbishing the upstairs next year, but this place.

The service in this place horrendous do not go there, they sell you false goods. And when you write back to them as a customer they blame you and say should of checked the item before delivery. But how do check before when they are in their warehouse and you receive the delivery. They sell damage doors i lost money on them, and had to rebuy. I have attached proof and a door i just opened.

Attended here , with a price that was given. Reattended two days later and they inflated the price, by £20. When asked what what the rationale behind this, they informed they can do what they want with the prices. Customer service very poor, wouldnt be returning here.I strongly would recommend not using this company, for anyome looking i attended a shop called buywise LTD in alum rock, saved £15 per door on the original price with excellent customer sevice
