Took my laptop to AWP for a charger socket repair twice. The first time he had it for a week with ordering parts and didn't find the time to fix it before I needed it back as I had to go away. When I got back, I took it to him again as he assured me he had the part from last time. After a week I called him and he told me he hadn't found the time, would do it tomorrow and would call me. No call the next day, so I called him the day after and he told me the same thing. No call again. I called the day after, no answer, I left a message, no response. I called again the day after, left a message, no response. This went on for a week. I literally had to go to his house and catch him unannounced to get it back and he hadn't even looked at it! If you are too busy, don't waste people's time by taking on a job you can't do! So very unprofessional.
