Excellent service. All very clear and friendly. The construction of our house meant that we could not use the standard mounting so we had some concerns that the alternatives might be unsightly. AwningSouth listened to those concerns and came up with a very neat alternative. All went exactly to plan with very friendly and efficient installers. Chris was willing to give me a high-level guide on price on our first telephone call, which was very helpful for me to determine whether I had the budget for my desired awnings. Other firms were insistent upon first coming to the house for a 'site visit', which was somewhat irritating. AWNINGSOUTH were competitive on price on a direct like-for-like basis. The awnings were delivered and fitted in less than three weeks from placing the order. The fitters worked efficiently to install both awnings. We are delighted.
