Seen some bad reviews on here but in my experience they have been great. I had some questions regarding frame dimensions before ordering and all were answered (dimensions spot on). I ordered using the made to measure function online, the doors arrived when they said and looked great. Maybe some instructions on the hinge adjustments could be provided, I haven't seen this type before but soon worked it out.

Found AWM Windows on EBay. I called to ask some questions. I dealt with Craig Mason, who answered all my questions and assisted in what we wanted. Called back the following day and placed the order giving my measurements. Craig sent through diagrams for the windows and a delivery date. Windows arrived on the day stated (bad snow too) and fitted by my own builder. Excellent quality and professional customer service from Craig. Would certainly recommend AWM. We will use them again. Huge thanks to Craig for making it easy.

In lots of ways I love our new doors. They’re stylish, solid, look great. But they have been an absolute nightmare to fit. They stick at the bottom, wouldn’t lock, arrived jammed shut. Our fitter has spent hours trying to resolve this and the amount of extra money we’ve spent on this, we might as well have bought aluminium. It’s a shame because when they work (which they did briefly, before we had to change the glass to fit a cat flap), they’re great. They’ve been toed and heeled, the hinges have been adjusted as far as they can go. This has not resolved the problem. To be clear, the problem started with the pane that was supplied. It was resolved by the fitter but has happened again with the replacement pane.

Really disappointed with AWM. First contact over the phone was positive. Submitted a plan as advised 3 weeks later no reply. Sent another email….then I phoned….and informed my email has not even been read. Really!! What a carry on, not what I expected at all, poor customer service.
