It's great to have a cat specialist groomer! My mainecoon needs regular attention from Pauline to keep his coat in order. Pauline handles him expertly, he still has a bit of attitude but Pauline can handle him well. He looks and smells great after his session , he is also pretty chilled. We will see you again in a few months

Specialist cat grooming is not easy to find, most salons also cater to dogs. Pauline has created a safe, perfectly equipped and clean space just for cats, and provided excellent care to our Siberian. Purrcey is now dematted and feels more comfortable, and Pauline managed it by devoting extra time and not stressing her. Highly recommend.

Pauline has a great salon! Spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. I handed them over and then went and had a coffee and late breakfast at the Brick Restaurant at Smithbrook Kilns, very handy! My three long haired cats were very comfortable during the time they were there and Pauline even taxi'd them back home for me, meaning I could drop them and then get on with my day. The cats came back smelling amazing and clearly felt more comfortable, they looked gorgeous. I got their comprehensive grooming report later that evening with photos of the cats curled up asleep on beds in the salon and also 'before and after' photos. Pauline logged how they behaved during their groom, the condition of their coats and what she did to them (de matting, shampoo used, sani trim etc), along with their weights. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pauline to groom your cat in her wonderful salon. There are some lovely little independent shops at Smithbrook Kilns as well, so it's a really great location.

13 year old Rosie had stopped self-grooming due to suspected arthritis, so her fur was getting very matted. My own attempts to brush and comb her were not very successful, so I enlisted Pauline to groom and bath her. Pauline was very professional, patient and persevering with Rosie and managed to clip off the matting and give her a bath. As this was the first time for Rosie I was amazed how well the challenge went. Rosie is soft and clean and free from coat problems now. Highly recommended.

Our rescue persian cat needed a full groom and lion clip to take care of some significant matting/pelting from her time on the streets. Pauline did an excellent job on a very squirmy girl.
