Poor quality printing too many times, late deliveries and poor customer service via email, phone lines are no longer picked up to discuss anything. I would no longer recommend this company after hoping for some time that they would improve. Lots of small businesses, or indeed large, being damaged by this company and unnecessary stress caused. The customer is truly an afterthought.

Shocking customer service. I used to use Awesome to print my zines but then about a year ago they let me down and delivered my zines two months late amd wouldnt reply to my emails. They did the same again and I only received the zines I ordered in September the January of the following year. On top of this I ordered and was charged for 100 but only received 86. They don't reply to emails for weeks and never answer the phone

I used to shop with Awesome Merchandise frequently and never had any issues. This has recently changed and I would advise anyone thinking of ordering with them to find somewhere else. I ordered in early November with a stated lead time of 4-6 weeks for the items. When they didn’t arrive I chased and chased only for phone calls to not be picked up and emails not be answered. When I finally got a reply in January I was told my order would be shipped early Feb - 3 months late. However in early Feb I was contacted again to say the order couldn’t and wouldn’t be fulfilled and I would be issued a refund. It is now a month later and I still don’t have my refund, even though I am continuing to email and ask. My advice would be DO NOT use this company under any circumstances. I definitely will not be using them again.
