In response to Mrs Jem Evans negative review (booking date: 6th October 2018). It’s just a shame that we are more concerned about the children’s safety than their own parents! We had six bookings this day. Four of our customers had called or emailed to cancelled their bookings due to the heavy rain weather forecast. I made an executive decision to call the other two customers to cancel their bookings because of the poor weather (the weather had been forecast heavy rain for Saturday all week). One was happy to cancel but didn’t know she could cancel and totally agreed that it wasn’t safe and then cancelled. But this customer wanted to have the bouncy castle in the rain and also failed to mention in her review that it was forecast 90% heavy rain between 11 AM and 5 PM (and it did rain very heavy indeed. In fact if you watched the Watford versus Bournemouth football match you can see how much it did rain!). Some customers book a Bouncy Castles and their children have this built-up excitement about having one. But if there is HEAVY RAIN forecast they do not want to disappoint their children and are prepared to have the bouncy castle in rain (which doesn’t make sense!) Also if we cancel due to safety, they are so annoyed that they end up leaving a negative Google review. It’s just a shame that we are more concerned about the children’s safety than their own parents!!!!

If you are booking a bouncy castle be prepared that they can cancel at any time.i was called the night before (7pm) the bouncy castle was due to be delivered to say that they weren't coming. My 5 year old son was so so upset the next day. I was left with no time to plan anything else. They caused alot of stress and upset for myself and my son.
