Probably the most disappointing experience I have ever had with a 'professional' company. These so called 'consultants' agreed to take on the SAP calculations for a new build domestic dwelling I am working on. We agreed to their sizable fee and sent them all the details they requested. After a very long 6 weeks wait we finally got an email back from them. I was hoping this was now complete as this was the final part of the jigsaw required prior to submitting full BR drawings. Award energy were asking for further commitment from ourselves prior to completing the work. We agreed and then the next correspondence in short said they had done nothing at all towards the project and were pulling out of the agreement. A complete waste of 2 months. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Friendly, helpful and professional staff, the site test engineer was particularly good - he walked me through the test procedure (pressure test), pointed out good practice and also suggested areas of improvement, great to work with.
