Attended the MHFA course at AW safety in Edwinstowe. First impressions were good as the course was delivered in a spacious comfortable environment. With refreshments served throughout the day. An onsite café also provided meals at break times if required at a very reasonable price. The course tutors on both days where professional, knowledgeable, approachable and encouraged sensible levels of involvement and discussions throughout the two days. A real eye opener to an interesting but sometimes forgotten/ ignored subject of mental health. Gives you a real understanding/ insight in how to spot, support, help and rehabilitate individual issues in the workplace relating to mental health. Thoroughly enjoyed the course and would highly recommend to anyone on a personal and professional level.
